Invitation4u only accepts wedding stationary orders from customers who have a UK postal address
Choose your design
- Choose your colour scheme, wording and font style
- Decide upon the quantities you require. It is advisable to order a small quantity of extras to cover for extra Guest’s invited, writing errors etc.
- Fill in the order form and return to Invitation4u along with your deposit of 50% to secure your order. Please note, if your order is less than £100 or your turnaround is less than 6 weeks then a 100% payment is required to confirm your order. Cheques should be made payable to Coreen Wightman
- On confirmation of your order you will than be sent proofs of your wedding stationary, which you must approve. On receipt of your approval the full order will then be produced. All material required will then be purchased.
- Your final invoice will be sent approx 4 weeks before the delivery date of your order. Your order will be dispatched once final payment has been received & cleared.
Minimum Order
- A Minimum of 20 invitations must be ordered.
Timing
- It is advisable to order your Wedding Stationary at least six to nine months in advance of your wedding. It is usual to send out wedding invitations at least 12 weeks before the wedding.
- In order for you to receive your order in plenty of time we will need 6 weeks from receipt of your approved proofs.
- If you would like to receive your invitations sooner then we will endeavour to meet your request
- Please note that on occasions then Invitation4u is fully booked it may take longer than 6 weeks to complete your order.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required. Please note, if your order is less than £100 0r your order turnaround is less than 6 weeks then 100% payment is required to confirm your order.
- Final payment is due 4 weeks before delivery date of your wedding stationary.
