Terms and Conditions
All Invitation4u designs are covered by copyright, It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any designs shown on our website.
Each product is individually handmade by Invitation4u. There may be minimal variations to each card.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when order is placed. If an order is less then £100 or order turnaround is less then 6 weeks then 100% payment is required to confirm order. Orders will not be produced without receipt of a deposit. The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before the delivery date of the order. Wedding Stationery will only be dispatched once final balance has been cleared.
Postage and packaging will be charged at a standard cost of £15.00 per order. If multiple delivers are required then each extra delivery will be charged at the standard postage cost. The customer will be notified by email at the time of ordering and the extra postage charge will be added to final invoice.
Cancellation of an order must be given in writing. In the event of an order being cancelled all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.
Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility. Invitations4u cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after proofs have been approved.
Invitations4u will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns used in the Order of Service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that permission has been obtained. Customer must also supply own wording of hymns.
Invitation4u cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in dispatch or delivery.
Invitations4u reserve the right to extend completion/delivery times if queries arise or alterations are made to orders.
Invitations4u accept no responsibility for any effects the ageing process may have on the products.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If Invitations4u experiences difficulty with supply of necessary materials, the customer will be informed and similar materials of the equivalent quality will be suggested.
Invitations4u only accepts sample requests and orders from customers who have a UK postal address.
